I was really targeting the muscle groups that I was supposed to, I have to find a way to stay loose because I’m really tight in my quads and hips most of the time. I am very excited for the full week if the program! I’m getting better at logging in meals more precisely, I’m still not quite sure what my calories/macros should be, I definitely struggle to stay in a consistent deficit, sometimes fail to get 1g per 1lb of protein Thank you, Charles!
